1. PONTOON INSPECTION
To gauge the extent of the damage on your pontoon, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to formulate a detailed report for our claims team. This comes at no cost to you.
2. CLAIM MANAGEMENT
After reviewing the report, our claims team will lodge a robust claim with your insurer. During the tedious claims process, you can sit back and relax while our experts handle the claim entirely.
3. SETTLEMENT
After ongoing negotiations with the insurer and builders, we will come to an agreement, guaranteeing you the full settlement amount that you are entitled to.
4. BUILD
Once the claim has been processed and settled, we will hand over to one of our trusted and approved local builders. We will manage the entire project until your new pontoon is delivered!
